Anna

Since beginning yoga in 2021, I’ve found it to be a deeply healing journey for my body, mind, and spirit. After completing my 200-hour certification at Zen Den Yoga School in late 2022 and a 100-hour Energy Yoga Training, I’ve been teaching on Long Island, offering Power, Hatha, and Slow Flow classes. I’m passionate about creating a safe space for students to explore their inner strength, self-love, and potential, while grounding my teaching in the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita. I strive to live and teach in alignment with the Yamas and Niyamas, helping students find peace and contentment from within.

Carina

Carina began practicing yoga in 2013 and earned her 200-hour vinyasa certification in 2016 through Always-At-Aum, beginning her teaching journey in early 2017. Her classes focus on the connection between breath and movement, promoting mindfulness and making yoga accessible to everyBODY, regardless of age, shape, or experience. Carina encourages students to honor their individual paths, emphasizing that yoga is not about competition or judgment, but about presence, self-compassion, and personal growth.

Dana Tyner

Since completing her 200-hour training in 2021, Dana has expanded her practice with training in dynamic sequencing, SUP yoga, yin, energy yoga, and Reiki, approaching each with an open mind and fearless dedication. Hannah Monell

Hannah Monell (RYT 200) offers a heart-centered approach to yoga that invites students to reconnect with themselves through breath, stillness, and mindful movement. Her personal journey into yoga began as a means of healing from an eating disorder and recovery from bone tumor surgery, evolving into a spiritual practice that helped her rediscover her true self. Since 2017, she has dedicated herself to guiding others on their own paths of transformation—focusing not on perfect poses, but on presence, self-compassion, and inner awareness. Informed by her global teaching experiences in places like Hawaii, Costa Rica, and Bali, Hannah’s classes blend grounded spirituality with a deep reverence for the healing journey, encouraging students to embrace discomfort and return to wholeness.

Marcia

In 1998, I took my first yoga class and began teaching asana classes in 2002. I study and practice Hatha Yoga in the tradition of YogiRaj Swami Bua under the generous tutelage of Patricia D'Angelo. I am an initiate of the Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy, where I continue to study with Shari Friedrichsen. I received my 200 and 500 hour teaching certification at the Himalayan Institute and I draw on their expertise in pranayama and meditation.

I have been certified by Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level and hold certifications to teach Yoga For Healthy Aging, as well as Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga. My mission as a yoga teacher is to inspire all students so that they may experience more strength, balance, flexibility and comfort within their bodies. I use asana to begin the discussion of the eight limbs of yoga, and invite students to look within themselves and discover their own path.
